View original imageThe NBCI is an index that evaluates brand competitiveness based on a comprehensive assessment of brand awareness, image, and loyalty. Ceragem maintained its top position for three consecutive years through enhanced product competitiveness and strengthened distribution and marketing strategies.
Ceragem has bolstered its brand competitiveness by expanding its lineup of spinal care medical devices, the "Master V Collection," and premium massage chairs, the "Pauze M Collection." In the second half of last year, the company launched the "Master V11," and in the first half of this year, it introduced the "Master V5" with customized modes. In the massage chair segment, Ceragem expanded its product range by unveiling the "Pauze M8 Fit" and the premium full-body massage chair "Pauze M10."
On the distribution front, Ceragem broadened customer touchpoints by opening the "Ceragem Wellstore," a lifestyle coordinating store, in Giheung-gu, Yongin, and Sangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and by operating "Ceragem Wellounge," an experiential space.
