View original imageSK Ecoplant announced on May 18, 2026, that it has been awarded the contract for the redevelopment project of the Sinbanpo 20th Apartment in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The Sinbanpo 20th Apartment redevelopment involves constructing four apartment buildings with a total of 190 units and auxiliary facilities at 60-78 Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, ranging from four underground floors to 35 above-ground floors. The total contract value is approximately 204.8 billion won.
The project site is located in the core area of Gangnam, within the Banpo and Jamwon residential districts, and is considered to have a premium transportation advantage. Banpo Station on Subway Line 7 is about a two-minute walk away, and Jamwon Station on Line 3 can be reached in about seven minutes on foot, making it a dual-station area. In addition, Olympic-daero and the Gyeongbu Expressway are nearby, offering convenient access by car to all areas of Seoul and the greater metropolitan region.
There are various educational facilities nearby, such as Banwon Elementary, Wonchon Elementary, Kyungwon Middle, Wonchon Middle, and Cheongdam High. The Banpo private education district is also in the vicinity. Residents will have access to a wide range of lifestyle infrastructure, including Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch, NewCore Outlet, Banpo Shopping Town, and the Seoul Express Bus Terminal underground shopping center. Ample green spaces are also available nearby, such as Jamwon Hangang Park and Banpo Hangang Park.
