Hyundai E&C Opens Safety Experiential Training Center at Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4 Site
Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced on May 18 that it has established a dedicated experiential training facility for the prevention of industrial accidents at the construction site of Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4, which are being built in collaboration with Doosan Enerbility and POSCO E&C.
This is the first safety experiential training center established at a construction site in Korea. It is designed to allow workers to directly experience and develop response capabilities for the most frequently occurring types of accidents. The center operates 13 experiential programs across five zones, including a fire safety zone. In addition to safety training tailored to accident types such as falls, suffocation, fires, and electric shocks, the facility also offers health education on CPR, use of automated external defibrillators, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.

In the safety inspection zone, participants can focus on hands-on learning of accident cases and inspection methods for high-risk tasks such as mobile scaffolding and ladders.
