Unified Brand Booth Featuring Jongga, Ofood, and Mamasuka
Daesang announced on the 18th that it will participate in "THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2026," which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 26 to May 30.
THAIFEX-Anuga is Asia's largest food exhibition, jointly organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) under Thailand's Ministry of Commerce and the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), in partnership with Germany's "ANUGA" food fair. This year, more than 3,300 companies from 60 countries around the world are expected to participate, and over 88,000 buyers from about 140 countries are anticipated to attend.
At the exhibition, Daesang will showcase its signature products, focusing on its kimchi brand "Jongga," global food brand "Ofood," and the Indonesian local brand "Mamasuka." In particular, Daesang plans to prominently feature the Mamasuka product line, which has established strong brand recognition in Indonesia, to highlight its Southeast Asia localization strategy.
"Hotlava sauce," which has received halal certification, will be promoted for its versatility in dipping, marinating, and stir-frying. The seaweed product "GimBori" will be introduced as a product tailored to local food culture, suitable for dishes such as nasi goreng and mie goreng.
"Jongga Mat Kimchi" and "Ofood Cup Tteokbokki," both produced at Daesang's plant in Vietnam, will also be on display. Daesang will operate tasting programs featuring "Mat Kimchi Seafood Salad," "Tteokbokki," and "Hotlava Beef Stir-fry" to appeal to local buyers.
This year's booth will be designed to emphasize both Daesang's global brand identity and its localization efforts in Southeast Asia. The company also plans to operate interactive exhibitions using touch screens and consultation areas staffed by specialists to achieve tangible export consultation results.
