This event will serve as an opportunity to examine labor and human rights violations that may occur during overseas business activities and to share corporate response strategies.

View original imageThe National Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Justice will jointly host the "2nd Working-Level Forum on Human Rights Management for Overseas Companies" at 2:00 p.m. on May 18, 2026, in the Grand Conference Room of the Grape Lounge in Jung-gu, Seoul.
This forum is a follow-up to the first meeting held in March. The focus is on practical discussions of human rights risks that may arise at overseas business sites and how to respond to them. In particular, the event will take the form of a discussion in which companies share difficulties encountered in the field and real-world cases.
The event will introduce current trends in overseas regulations related to human rights due diligence, as well as major human rights risks that should be noted when expanding abroad. In addition, POSCO Holdings will present cases that occurred at its overseas business sites and share its response experiences.
