LG Electronics has recently launched a new premium subscription service exclusively for its high-end brands, 'SKS' and 'LG SIGNATURE'.
On May 17, LG Electronics announced the launch of its premium subscription service. This service is characterized by providing top-tier, expert-driven experiences across the customer journey, from lifestyle-based subscription product consultations to delivery, installation, care, and after-sales service.
SKS is an ultra-premium built-in home appliance brand that combines LG Electronics' core component technology with the convenience of artificial intelligence (AI) and refined design. LG SIGNATURE is a premium brand characterized by differentiated performance achieved through technological innovation, refined design that stays true to the essence, and an intuitive user experience previously unseen.
The premium subscription service covers nine SKS models—including column-type refrigerators, freezers, wine cellars, ice and water refrigerators, island refrigerators, dishwashers, induction cooktops, lightwave ovens, and steam ovens. For LG SIGNATURE, the service is offered for five models: WashCombo, ice and water refrigerators, Knock-On Magic Space 4-door refrigerators, 3-door refrigerators, and wine cellars.

At these locations, customers can directly experience the design, materials, finish, and features of the products and consult about premium care services to select the optimal solution.
For the premium home appliance subscription, all processes—from delivery and installation to ongoing care and after-sales management—are handled by top-tier professionals who have undergone specialized training, with assignments based on their experience and skill level. In the case of SKS, experts with extensive on-site experience conduct customized, precision installations to maximize the quality of built-in appliance setups.
The care services are distinguished to further enhance the value of premium products by maintaining optimal hygiene and performance. Regular care visits are handled not by standard care managers, but by specialized service engineers. These professionals are comprehensively trained not only in product materials, component structures, operating principles, and AI functions, but also in maintenance tasks such as disassembly, cleaning, and replacement. As a result, a one-stop service is possible, allowing simultaneous care and proactive management of potential issues during use.
Additionally, premium care services tailored to product characteristics are provided. For all SKS and LG SIGNATURE refrigerator models and SKS induction cooktops, frequently touched components like refrigerator door panels and induction cooktop surfaces are replaced after three years of subscription. For SKS lightwave and steam ovens, the appliances are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned—including hard-to-reach areas with grease and food residue—after three and six years. The LG SIGNATURE WashCombo undergoes a thorough cleaning of the drum and internal parts, including dust and detergent residues, after four years of subscription.
Meanwhile, SKS and LG SIGNATURE subscriptions are available for terms ranging from three to six years, and the monthly subscription fee varies depending on the subscription period and selected options.
