The More You Run, The More You Benefit... KB Kookmin Bank Revamps "Dallija" Service
Expanded Integration with “Runday,” Korea’s Leading Running Coaching App
On May 14, KB Kookmin Bank announced that it has revamped its KB Star Banking “Dallija (Let’s Run)” service, which is linked to running activities.
“Dallija” is a service available to any customer aged 14 or older who uses KB Star Banking. Since its launch at the end of February, the service surpassed 500,000 subscribers in just over two months.
In this update, the bank strengthened the medal-based “Vending Machine” rewards and expanded its lineup of participatory running-related content. The “Vending Machine” provides one medal for every kilometer run (up to 10 medals per day). The medals earned can be exchanged for prizes or used to enter prize draws. Additionally, new features such as daily and monthly record management, rankings, challenges, and running crews have been added to enhance participatory running experiences.
In addition to the existing integration with Samsung Health on Android and the Apple Health app, the service now also supports connection with “Runday,” a leading domestic running coaching platform, further improving user accessibility and convenience.
To celebrate the service upgrade, KB Kookmin Bank is holding an event until May 31. Depending on the number of medals accumulated, users can win a variety of prizes including Oakley Eye Jacket sunglasses (3 winners), a KRW 10,000 Baedal Minjok voucher (500 winners), Starbucks Americano (3,000 winners), and a KRW 3,000 Paris Baguette voucher (5,000 winners).
