Coway Launches 20L Inverter Dehumidifier Model, Strengthens Lineup
"Pure White" Color Option Added
Coway announced on May 14 that it has expanded its inverter dehumidifier lineup by introducing a new 20-liter model, following its existing 23-liter large-capacity model.
The Coway inverter dehumidifier series offers dehumidification performance of up to 20 to 23 liters per day, depending on the model. In addition to the existing 23-liter model, the company has launched the 20-liter model to target consumer demand for both indoor comfort and energy efficiency.
The color options have also been expanded. In addition to the original "Cream Beige," a new "Pure White" color with a simple design has been added, giving consumers more choices to suit their preferences.
The product supports four dehumidification modes: Auto, Gentle, Turbo, and Clothing Dry. A "Concentrated Drying Kit," which can effectively dry the inside of shoe cabinets or wardrobes, is also available for separate purchase.
The core technology is the "Dual Inverter Compressor." This system uses two precisely interlocking cylinders, which increases dehumidification efficiency while reducing power consumption. According to the company, as a result, all models have achieved the highest (Grade 1) energy efficiency rating.
Hygiene and convenience features have also been enhanced. The UV-C fan sterilization function removes 99.9% of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus from the fan surface, while automatic defrosting and internal drying features allow for hygienic maintenance of the product's interior.
User convenience has been improved as well. The side water tank can be easily attached and detached with one hand, and the addition of 360-degree rotating wheels and a hidden handle makes moving the unit easier. Other practical features include a full water alert, timer, silent mode, and lock mode.
