Abko Posts KRW 2.8 Billion Q1 Net Profit, Up 31.8% YoY; "Continued Expansion of Overseas Exports"
Abko announced on May 14 that it recorded a net profit of 2.8 billion won in the first quarter of this year. This represents a 31.8% increase compared to the same period last year. During the same period, revenue was 16.4 billion won and operating profit was 700 million won.
Overseas exports increased compared to the first quarter of last year. The company continues to expand its overseas sales channels and target the global market to respond to volatility in the domestic market.
Based on its accumulated brand recognition in the gaming gear market, Abko is also working to strengthen its product competitiveness. The company has recently ramped up marketing activities in line with growing demand for premium PC cafes, and Abko products were selected as a first-quarter hit product by a specialized PC cafe media outlet.
