Participating companies include Eastar Jet, Aero K Airlines, Modetour, Ezpmp, Inspire Resort, and GKL, among others. During the event, recruitment consultations and on-site interviews with HR managers will be conducted.
Support programs for job seekers will also be offered. The Tourism Job Center will provide customized consulting at pre-event, on-site, and post-event stages. In addition, the company field trip program, which allows participants to experience the work environment at tourism companies, will be expanded compared to the previous year.
For recruiting companies, free services such as paid advertising on Incruit and AI personality assessment tools will be provided. The aim is to reduce hiring costs and support effective talent matching.
On the day of the event, there will also be additional programs such as recruitment briefings, job-related lectures, and networking sessions with industry seniors. Job seekers who register in advance will be given priority opportunities for interviews with their desired companies.
