Nexa Dynamics Secures K-Content Commerce Execution Team... Internalizes MCN and AI Marketing Capabilities
Nexa Dynamics has begun internalizing MCN and AI marketing capabilities as part of its efforts to expand its K-content-based commerce business.
On May 11, Nexa Dynamics announced its decision to acquire Layering and Phase Magazine. The company explained that this acquisition is focused on securing an execution team capable of turning content into actual revenue.
Until now, Nexa Dynamics has established a foundation for entertainment IP, fan engagement, and digital content distribution through The Star Partner and LV Nexus. By additionally incorporating Layering and Phase Magazine, the company has now integrated MCN operations, commerce execution, and AI advertising production into its business structure.
Layering is an MCN and commerce operation organization engaged in influencer marketing, group buying, live commerce, brand content production, and SNS management. Leveraging its influencer and creator network, Layering provides a foundation for directly operating group buying for partner and owned brands such as BRMUD, as well as short-form content, live commerce, and SNS campaigns.
Phase Magazine is an AI marketing organization with capabilities in AI-based image and video production, advertising material creation, short-form content, and brand campaign management. Nexa Dynamics plans to utilize these capabilities to accelerate the production of advertising materials and SNS content for each brand, thereby enhancing marketing efficiency both domestically and internationally.
The company stated that the acquisition has clarified the structure of its K-content commerce business. The model is to attract consumer interest with content IP, amplify it with influencers, and increase conversion rates through AI advertising, ultimately leading to commerce revenue.
A representative from Nexa Dynamics said, "The key to this acquisition is not just creating and showcasing content, but securing an execution system that turns interest generated from content into actual purchases and sales," adding, "We will actively pursue a K-content commerce model that seamlessly connects content, creators, AI advertising, and commerce."
Going forward, the company plans to leverage Layering's influencer commerce operations and Phase Magazine's AI advertising production capabilities to expand domestic and international marketing for its own and partner brands, group buying, short-form content, and live commerce businesses.
