Dongkook Pharmaceutical Successfully Concludes "Leg Health Companion Campaign" for Middle-Aged Women's Health Promotion
Dongkook Pharmaceutical announced on May 8 that it held the "Leg Health Companion Campaign with Dongkook Pharmaceutical," a health promotion campaign for middle-aged women, at The Garden of Morning Calm in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, on May 7.
About 40 women in their 20s to 50s, selected through online pre-registration, participated in the event with their family members and friends. Participants walked through the arboretum while sharing health information on venous circulation disorders and menopause in women, and also took part in a gardening experience class.
The Companion Campaign is a social contribution activity that Dongkook Pharmaceutical has been operating since 2013 to support leg health for middle-aged women through everyday outdoor activities such as walking, and to inform them about ways to cope with menopausal symptoms. It provides information related to venous circulation disorders through "Censia," a treatment for such symptoms, and "FeminQ," a menopause treatment for women. In addition to The Garden of Morning Calm, the campaign has been held at Nami Island, Jade Garden, Namsan Circular Road, and Pocheon National Arboretum.
