Candidates from the People Power Party running for mayor of Jinju, as well as city and provincial council members in the June 3 local elections, held a one-team declaration ceremony on the 6th, pledging to form a unified front and ensure victory.
On this day, Han Kyung-ho, the People Power Party candidate for Jinju mayor, along with the party's city and provincial council candidates, first visited the Imjingyesa Sunuui-dan Memorial at Jinju Fortress to lay flowers and pay their respects to the patriotic martyrs and fallen heroes. The candidates expressed their shared commitment, stating, "We will do our utmost for regional development and politics that serve the citizens, inheriting the sacrifice and spirit of our forebears."

They further emphasized, "This election is not simply about winning or losing, but is an important decision that will shape the future of Jinju," and pledged, "We will focus all our efforts on improving the quality of life for citizens and revitalizing the local economy."
In particular, the candidates jointly proposed the following practice tasks: field-oriented practical politics, strengthening communication with citizens, revitalizing the local economy, and public administration evaluated by tangible achievements.
They stated, "We will pursue politics judged not by words but by results, and create changes that citizens can truly feel," adding, "We will do our best to make Jinju a city where young people return, businesses grow, and everyone enjoys a high quality of life."
