Korea Investment & Securities Delivers Children's Day Gifts to "Dream Library" Welfare Facilities
Korea Investment & Securities announced on May 6 that it had donated approximately 2,000 gifts to children's welfare facilities in eight regions across the country in celebration of Children's Day.
Gift sets were delivered to eight facilities nationwide, including Sangsaeng Welfare Association's Woorijip in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, and Hyemyung Mayville in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, with which Korea Investment & Securities has established relationships through its social contribution initiative, the "Dream Library." The gift sets included three types of healthy snacks personally made by people with developmental disabilities at Bravo Beaver, a standard workplace for the disabled, as well as school supplies and health teas for facility staff.
A representative from Korea Investment & Securities explained, "This donation aims to continue supporting children's welfare facilities by maintaining relationships with our partner organizations since the opening of the 'Korea Investment Dream Library.'"
