View original imageThis initiative is a program designed for young people preparing for employment. By matching them with current professionals as mentors, the program aims to enhance their understanding of various job roles and to provide practical support for strengthening their employment capabilities.
The recruitment targets unemployed job-seeking youth aged 15 to 39 who reside in Uijeongbu City, with a total of 60 participants to be selected (30 per season).
Notably, this mentoring program enhances its expertise by involving senior executives and working-level experts, both current and former, from companies favored by young people, such as Toss, Coupang, Disney, Coca-Cola, Kakao, CJ ENM, Millie's Library, and Pepsi.
The main components of the program include: ▲ analysis of personal tendencies and employment/startup capabilities through individual diagnostic tests; ▲ special lectures on job insights and employment strategies; and ▲ one-on-one customized consulting (including resume review and interview feedback), providing comprehensive and systematic support throughout the entire employment preparation process.
The mentoring is specialized by job function. Season 1 will focus on marketing, IT, and business planning, while Season 2 will cover solopreneurship (startup), content planning, and UX·UI design. The training will be conducted through a combination of first and second face-to-face sessions (at the Uijeongbu Youth Center and Youth Attic) and a third online session, maximizing the learning effect.
The application period is open until May 22, 2026. Interested youth can apply via the QR code or online link provided in the promotional materials. For more information, please visit the Uijeongbu City Youth Empathy Center website or contact the Youth Policy Division for guidance.
