On April 30, Kiturami announced that Kiturami Boiler had been ranked No. 1 in the household boiler category for the tenth consecutive year in the "2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards" jointly released by Brand Keys, one of the top 10 brand evaluation agencies in the United States, and the Korea Consumer Forum.
Kiturami Boiler achieved the highest score among household boiler brands with a total Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI) of 26.85 points. In the detailed indicators, it received top marks in both emotional loyalty—which represents trust and attachment to the brand—and attitudinal loyalty, which reflects the intention to repurchase and recommend.
