Polestar Ranks No. 1 in Electric Vehicle Category at '2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards' for Fourth Consecutive Year
Achieves Top Score of 29.52 Points in Consumer Survey
Events Including Stayfolio Accommodation Vouchers to Celebrate Award
Polestar announced on April 30 that it has been ranked No. 1 in the electric vehicle category in the 2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards consumer survey, marking its fourth consecutive win.

View original imageThe Brand Customer Loyalty Awards, organized by the Korea Consumer Forum, is an award that measures consumer brand loyalty based on an evaluation index jointly developed with Brand Keys in the United States.
This year's survey was conducted from March 9 to March 22 and analyzed responses from approximately 1,000 participants who had experienced the respective electric vehicle brand within the past year. Polestar achieved the top score, recording a total of 29.52 points out of a possible 35.
To commemorate this achievement, Polestar Korea will host various events. All existing customers who own a Polestar 2 or Polestar 4 and have agreed to receive marketing communications will be offered a Stayfolio accommodation discount voucher through the PinesStay curation platform.
Additionally, Polestar Korea will run a customer story submission event. Four customers with the most memorable stories will receive a Stayfolio accommodation voucher worth 500,000 won, while 40 customers will receive a coffee voucher worth 10,000 won. Entries will be accepted until May 24, and the winners will be individually announced on May 29.
