On April 29, Aumobio Korea announced that it had signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement (MOU) with Sookmyung Women's University. Through this agreement, the two parties will jointly operate a series of programs focused on software-defined vehicles (SDV), including career exploration, field internships, and employment linkage.

As part of these plans, Aumobio Korea, together with the "Aumobio Ambassadors" comprising active industry professionals, will carry out a variety of career support activities on the Sookmyung Women's University campus.

To begin, a "Campus Recruiting" event will be held on May 14 at Sookmyung Women's University Gemma Hall, where information on the company's vision and job roles will be provided, along with a recruitment briefing for the second cohort of the "Aumobio Star" internship program. Additionally, a series of programs will be offered, such as an "Online Global Company Tour"—which enables students to experience Aumobio’s unique corporate culture—and a "Career Day" event where current employees share practical experience and insights. These activities are designed to provide students with tangible support for their career planning.

Kang Dongyun, CEO of Aumobio Korea, said, "Through this industry-academic partnership with Sookmyung Women's University, we hope that future talent will gain hands-on experience in the global technology field and develop their practical skills. I am very pleased that Aumobio's ongoing efforts to nurture female talent in science and engineering as part of our commitment to diversity are contributing to the growth of female leaders with diverse perspectives. I hope this collaboration will serve as a foundation for students to become talent that will lead the future of mobility."

Meanwhile, Sookmyung Women's University has been operating the University Job Center Plus program under the Ministry of Employment and Labor, providing customized, step-by-step services from career planning for underclassmen to practical job preparation for upperclassmen. Through this new agreement, the university plans to link mobility-focused career services with its job consulting and career development programs, further expanding opportunities for students to advance into promising fields.
