Pallazo Launches Its First Distribution Channel-Focused Brand
Expanding Nationwide Distribution Starting with GS25
Haitai Confectionery announced on April 29 that Pallazo is launching a new gelato brand specializing in distribution channels, "P.FREDDO." P.FREDDO is the first gelato brand to be sold at convenience stores, rather than traditional ice cream.
P.FREDDO will be available at GS25 convenience stores nationwide, and a 1+1 promotional event will run through next month. Pallazo plans to expand P.FREDDO to distribution channels across the country within this year.
Until now, gelato has been produced only using traditional Italian handmade methods, making large-scale distribution difficult due to limited production volume. Pallazo has succeeded in mass-producing gelato using its accumulated expertise and state-of-the-art equipment.
The lineup consists of two products: "Fresh Chocolate" and "Fresh Yogurt Strawberry." By reducing air content compared to regular ice cream, these products offer higher density and purity, resulting in a signature chewy texture. Carefully selected premium ingredients preserve the original, healthy sweetness.
