Visel Standard Signs Token Securities MOU with Vietnamese Fintech Company
Signed in Hanoi During President Lee Jaemyung's State Visit to Vietnam
Economic Delegation Accompanies the Agreement
Visel Standard, the operator of the token securities (STO) platform PIECE, announced on April 24 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Vietnamese fintech (finance + technology) company MoneyFi. The agreement was signed in Hanoi during the economic delegation's visit to Vietnam as part of President Lee Jaemyung's state visit. The main focus of the agreement is to share technology standards and design structures for issuing Vietnamese real-world assets using Korean token securities frameworks.
MoneyFi will be responsible for sourcing local real-world assets in Vietnam, as well as handling local regulatory compliance and operations. Visel Standard will take charge of issuing and structuring these assets within the Korean institutional token securities framework. Distribution will be managed by Visel Standard's Singaporean subsidiary, BSFX. The two companies are aiming to launch a pilot project in the second half of this year.
