Five organizations are participating: Jeju Province, Jeju City, the Autonomous Police Unit, Jeju Provincial Police Agency, and Jeju Dongbu Police Station. When necessary, they will also cooperate with the Jeju Regional Headquarters of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority.
The primary targets of the crackdown are unregistered two-wheeled vehicles, motorized bicycles, personal mobility (PM) devices, and vehicles without mandatory liability insurance. Each organization will take on specific roles, focusing on violations of operating restrictions and the Road Traffic Act, and will work to maintain order on site.
In parallel with the crackdown, Jeju Province will also strengthen promotional activities to encourage voluntary compliance with the law. Foreign language announcements will be broadcast on ferry routes, and banners and leaflets will be distributed to actively inform tourists and businesses about the purpose of the operating restrictions.
