Ulju County Sees Rise in Civil Service Satisfaction, Scores 94.3 Points

Overall Improvements in Convenience Facilities and Promptness
Ulju County recorded a comprehensive satisfaction index of 94.3 points in the "2026 Q1 Civil Service Satisfaction Survey," which was conducted to improve the quality of civil petition services.
This survey was carried out over a two-week period from March 23 to April 6, targeting 200 petitioners who filed time-bound petitions in the first quarter of this year. An external professional agency conducted the survey via telephone interviews.
According to the results, overall satisfaction increased by 0.8 points compared to the fourth quarter of the previous year (93.5 points), indicating a notable improvement in the overall level of civil service.
By detailed category, "convenience facilities" received the highest satisfaction score of 95.7 points. "Form availability," "advance information provision," "promptness," and "professionalism" also showed generally high levels of satisfaction. In particular, "convenience facilities" saw the largest improvement, rising by 2.4 points from the previous quarter. On the other hand, the "advance information provision" category showed a slight decrease, highlighting the need for further improvement in this area.
An Ulju County official stated, "We are continuously improving service quality through quarterly civil service satisfaction surveys and an annual civil service kindness survey. The survey results will be shared across all departments, and we will strengthen work training and kindness education to enhance administrative trust."

Ulju County is conducting a civil service kindness survey of all employees over a seven-week period from April 6 to May 22, aiming to assess the overall level of kindness, including both in-person and telephone responses.
