Sujain Punggyeongchae Secures Prime Location in Godeok International New Town, Pre-Sale Launch in April
In the new town apartment market, areas where wide-area transportation networks, waterfront parks, large green spaces, and even administrative and business functions are all concentrated in a single district are receiving positive evaluations. The combination of convenient mobility, pleasant surroundings, and proximity to workplaces is attracting both genuine homebuyers and investors, leading these areas to set the tone for local real estate prices. As a result, demand remains strong even for new pre-sale units.
Experts analyze that the value of a new town is not determined by a single factor. They explain that the more organically interconnected key infrastructure—such as wide-area transportation, green environments, and administrative and business functions—a district has, the greater the likelihood of providing residential convenience. Ultimately, these areas are reorganized into core districts within the city where demand is concentrated.
Against this backdrop, BS Hanyang and Jeil Construction are scheduled to launch pre-sales for 'Sujain Punggyeongchae Complexes 1 and 2' in Pyeongtaek Godeok International New Town in April. These complexes are located near a subway station, an administrative town, and a waterfront park, and will comprise a total of 1,126 units. Their outstanding transportation network is a key strength: wide-area travel is possible via Seojeong-ri Station on the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, and SRT services are also available at the nearby Pyeongtaek Jije Station.
In addition, a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line circulating through Godeok International New Town is planned for the vicinity, and access to major local hubs such as Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek plant and the AniRight School, which is scheduled to open in 2030, is also expected to improve.

Administrative infrastructure is also being developed nearby. In the area southwest of Seojeong-ri Station, Pyeongtaek City is constructing a new city hall, with groundbreaking completed in December of last year and construction now underway. Once the new city hall is completed, administrative agencies such as the city hall, city council, and Pyeongtaek Northern Police Station will be located in Godeok. To the west of the complexes, Daengdang Park and Ahopgeori Neighborhood Park areas form retention ponds and green spaces, and improvements in the residential environment are also anticipated.
