He also explained, "We will significantly increase the number of special education teachers and integrated class support staff, and expand special classes within general schools to gradually resolve the issue of overcrowded special education classes," and added, "We will build a support system that integrates learning, emotional, and behavioral assistance so that individualized education plans can be implemented in a practical way."
