UNICEF Operates "Graffiti Welcome Playground" at Seoul Children's Grand Park
Character Brand "Joguman" Joins the Initiative
The Korean Committee for UNICEF announced on April 20 that it will operate the "Graffiti Welcome Playground" at the UNICEF Mamkkeot Garden inside Seoul Children's Grand Park. The initiative aims to highlight the importance of play through free drawing activities.
The space is based on Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, which states that "every child has the right to rest and play." It consists of a "Free Drawing Zone," where children can unleash their imagination; a "Right to Play Campaign Zone," which raises awareness about the importance of the right to play; and a "Photo Zone" featuring a large balloon of the popular character Joguman. The popular character brand Joguman has contributed through talent donation and design collaboration.
