Daedong Opens Certified Service Master Branches No. 1 and 2
Empowering Regional Service Authority to Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Experts
Daedong announced on April 16 that it has opened "Service Master Branches" in Naju, Jeollanam-do (Branch No. 1) and Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do (Branch No. 2), and will officially launch its service system based on certified maintenance channels. Each of these locations will operate as a regional service branch covering the entirety of Jeollanam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do, respectively.
Currently, Daedong aims to become a "service company" and operates 150 sales and service dealerships nationwide, offering ▲ a 10-year free warranty on tractor engines and transmissions ▲ 50-hour free inspections for agricultural machinery ▲ remote monitoring of agricultural equipment and an agricultural ChatGPT service. To further improve customer convenience, service satisfaction, and brand preference, Daedong has introduced the "Service Master Branch" system. Service Master Branches are characterized by specializing exclusively in maintenance and repair services rather than agricultural machinery sales.

The selection of Service Master Branches was based on a thorough review of their service capabilities and operational foundation. The evaluation comprehensively considered ▲ experience and qualifications in maintenance ▲ composition of service personnel ▲ facilities and equipment standards ▲ accessibility, as well as operational competence as cooperative partners.
With the opening of these Service Master Branches, Daedong plans to gradually expand its regionally focused maintenance network. The company expects that the Service Master Branches will be able to provide faster and more reliable after-sales services, with a goal of opening a total of three branches this year and expanding to cover all regions in the mid- to long-term.
