Human Technology Subsidiary Human Agos Secures Additional Anti-Drone Project, Strengthening Market Dominance
Human Technology announced on April 16 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Human Agos, which is currently in the process of a merger, has secured a contract for the anti-drone system advancement project at Korea East-West Power’s Dangjin and Ulsan Power Headquarters. The value of the contract is approximately 3 billion won, bringing the company’s cumulative order volume to nearly double last year’s total revenue.
Human Agos provides an integrated anti-drone solution that combines detection, tracking, and response capabilities, based on its self-developed equipment such as RF scanners, smart jammers, and spoofers. Through this, the company has secured the top market share in the public procurement sector for airports, power plants, and government offices, thereby demonstrating its competitiveness.
In particular, since last year, Human Agos has expanded its applications from key national facilities to the entire energy infrastructure sector, including nuclear power plants and oil and gas, and is now extending its business reach to port sectors by supplying RF scanners to domestic defense companies. The company is also strengthening technological advancement and business synergy by continuing collaborations with major defense companies such as Hanwha Systems.
The company stated, “As demand for anti-drone solutions in public and energy infrastructure is rapidly increasing, we will further enhance our market responsiveness based on the technology and business experience we have accumulated so far,” adding, “We plan to establish a stable foundation for growth through continuous expansion of orders.”
Currently, Human Technology is pursuing a merger with Human Agos, with the completion targeted for June 30. This recent contract is also expected to positively impact the expansion of business synergies after the merger.
