HS Hwaseong in Daegu Launches Open Recruitment: "Up to 50 New and Experienced Employees to Be Hired"
HS Hwaseong (Chairman Lee Jongwon) announced on April 2 that it will be hiring new and experienced employees for the 2026 intake.
The recruitment process will be held from April 3 to April 12, with positions available for both entry-level (full-time) and experienced professionals. Applications can be submitted through the dedicated recruitment website.
The total number of hires is expected to be up to 50, including both new and experienced employees.
Entry-level recruitment will be conducted in the fields of architecture, safety, and administration/management. Eligible applicants must have graduated from a four-year university or be scheduled to graduate by August 2026. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant majors or certifications in each field, as well as those residing in the Seoul metropolitan area.
Experienced professionals will be recruited for the following fields: architecture, estimating, facilities, electrical, CS (quality management), safety, urban maintenance, and strategic management. Applicants must meet the required minimum years of experience for each position.
All applicants, both new and experienced, must be eligible for overseas assignments (for male applicants, military service must be completed or exempted). Persons with disabilities and eligible national veterans will be given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws.
Applicants who pass the document screening will undergo an AI competency assessment, which comprehensively evaluates job suitability and fundamental abilities. This newly introduced AI assessment consists of aptitude tests, strategic thinking tasks, and a video interview. The video interview includes both basic questions and practical, job-specific questions, serving as a substitute for in-person interviews.
This stage is conducted remotely, allowing applicants to participate freely at any time and from any location during the interview period, enhancing convenience for candidates.
Only those who pass the AI competency assessment will proceed to the final interview with executives, which will take place in Seoul, where the final candidates will be selected.
