Programs Offered in ADX, Management and Finance, Marketing Channels, and Export
The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced on April 1 that it is recruiting participants for the "Women CEO Jump-Up Class Training."
This training program is designed as a practical education initiative that focuses on strengthening the competencies of women CEOs in response to changes in industrial structure, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation.
The program will run for approximately seven months from April to November, beginning with the "Women CEO Reboot Course," which diagnoses the current status of companies. It will also include four core class-based training areas: ▲ADX (Basic and Advanced) ▲Management and Finance ▲Marketing Channels ▲Export.
Graduates of the training will receive follow-up support, including one-on-one company matching consulting, production of company introduction videos, and invitations to integrated networking events. In addition, extra points will be given when participating in related internal projects.
Any woman CEO may apply, and applications as well as detailed information can be found on the dedicated "Women CEO Jump-Up Class" website. The application period varies depending on the specific training program.
