On March 27, CJ Logistics announced that it had signed a win-win agreement for sustainable mutual growth with the Dealer Association at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul. View original imageBoth parties shared the understanding that, in light of intensifying competition in the e-commerce and parcel delivery industries and changes in the market environment, it is essential to strengthen cooperation among members of the parcel delivery industry in order to overcome crises and achieve mutual growth.
Through a joint resolution, they agreed to work together to: establish compliance management and foster a transparent and fair business culture; promote a culture of mutual growth and collaboration; prevent industrial accidents and create a safe working environment; and build a sustainable win-win model based on mutual trust.
CJ Logistics plans to further expand support systems to actively gather feedback from the parcel delivery field and enhance operational stability. Based on this, the Dealer Association pledged to cooperate in improving delivery service quality and strengthening customer satisfaction.
Chairman Jeon Hyunseok stated, "This is a meaningful agreement that allows us to address on-site challenges together and prepare for the future," and added, "Through ongoing cooperation, we will create a healthy ecosystem for the parcel delivery industry."
