On March 26, Woo announced that he had launched the "Greater Yeongam Camp" primary campaign committee and appointed the first round of committee members at his campaign office in Yeongam-eup.
This primary campaign committee is comprised of approximately 300 members, including the Standing Election Committee Chair, Co-Election Committee Chairs, Standing Headquarters Chief, Co-Headquarters Chiefs, Advisors, Advisory Committee Members, candidate-affiliated committees, special committees, organizational headquarters, special advisory groups, and a legal support team.
The campaign office stated, "A broad range of individuals have voluntarily participated, resulting in an organization that integrates all generations," adding, "It is notable that, in addition to party members, the committee includes academics, field experts, former county and provincial council members, former cooperative heads, as well as former members of Lee Jaemyung's presidential campaign team from the previous election."
The position of Standing Election Committee Chair is held by Shin Rak-hyeon, former Chair of the Yeongam County Council. The Co-Election Committee Chairs are Kim Yeonil, former Chair of the Yeongam County Council; Jo Jeonggi, former Chair of the Yeongam County Council; Ryu Seonyeol, former Vice Chair of the Yeongam County Council; and Kang Wooseok, former Jeonnam Provincial Council member—each of whom will lead the organization.
Woo Seunghui emphasized, "The launch of this primary campaign committee marks the starting point for uniting the residents to build a greater Yeongam. Together with representatives from various sectors, I will ensure we achieve an 'Era of Yeongam with a population of 100,000 and a 1 trillion won budget.'"
