Lotte Mart and Lotte Super announced on March 25 that they will launch Nongshim Soon Ramyun (4-pack), previously available only overseas, in Korea for the first time on March 26.
Soon Ramyun is an export-only product targeting overseas markets such as the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Alongside popular products like Shin Ramyun and Chapagetti, it ranks among Nongshim's top five global bestsellers and has achieved the highest sales among Nongshim instant noodles not previously released in Korea. Utilizing vegetables and mushrooms, it delivers a clean and light flavor in both the soup and toppings. For its Korean debut, dried noodles have been used to reduce calorie content while enhancing texture.
Lotte Mart and Lotte Super aim to attract families seeking mild, clean-tasting food, as well as Millennials & Gen Z consumers who value ethical consumption based on vegan certification.
This product will be available exclusively through a pre-sale event to coincide with the opening of the "Mega Tongkeun" campaign celebrating the 28th anniversary of Lotte Mart and Lotte Super. Until April 8, customers who purchase two or more packs of Soon Ramyun will receive a 10% discount. On April 4 and 5, a 2+1 promotion will be offered on all bagged instant noodles, including this product, when paying with designated event cards.
