Chef Lim Taehoon Presents Special Dining Event
The Chinese restaurant "Lou" at Village de Ananti in Gijang, Busan, will offer a special dining program in collaboration with Chef Lim Taehoon.
This event will take place over two days, on March 26 and 27, 2026. It features a seven-course menu using seasonal spring ingredients, paired with alcoholic beverages in a spirit pairing format.
The opening dish is "Chameoe Jjukkumi Naengchae" (cold salad with Korean melon and webfoot octopus). This is followed by "Lou-style Buddha Jumps Over the Wall" and Chef Lim Taehoon's signature dishes. The menu also includes "Biwa Tofu" with bok choy and shrimp. For dessert, "Chameoe Ppas" (candied Korean melon) will be served.

Alcoholic beverages that pair well with the food will also be provided during the event. Offerings include "Ananti Makgeolli," "Daeseon," and a cocktail called "Ananti Hondonju," made with bokbunja wine. Reservations for the event can be made through Eternal Journey and Catch Table.
