Chairman Chung Yongjin Received KRW 5.85 Billion in Compensation Last Year, Up 62% from Previous Year
Received KRW 2.45 Billion in Salary and KRW 3.4 Billion in Bonuses
Chung Yongjin, Chairman of Shinsegae Group, received KRW 5.85 billion in compensation from Emart last year.
According to the business report submitted by Emart on March 18, Chairman Chung received KRW 2.445 billion in salary and KRW 3.405 billion in bonuses last year. This represents a 62.1% increase (KRW 2.241 billion) compared to the previous year's compensation of KRW 3.609 billion.
In addition, CEO Han Chaeyang received a total of KRW 1.512 billion, including KRW 1.032 billion in salary and KRW 480 million in bonuses. Han was also granted 200 restricted stock units (RSUs), with the actual amount to be determined based on future stock prices. Lim Youngrok, Head of Business Strategy, received KRW 764 million in salary and KRW 841 million in bonuses, totaling KRW 1.605 billion.
