View original imageAccording to LIG Nex1 on March 18, around 70 employees, including new recruits, visited the Republic of Korea Navy Second Fleet Command in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, on the 17th to hold a memorial event honoring the heroes who defended the West Sea.
This event was organized ahead of the West Sea Defense Day, designated as the fourth Friday of every March, in order to raise security awareness among employees and to strengthen their sense of mission as members of a defense industry company.
Employees who participated in the ceremony stated, "It is thanks to the sacrifices of the heroes who protected the West Sea that we enjoy today's peaceful daily lives," adding, "As a defense industry company contributing to self-reliant national defense, we will continue to uphold the spirit of our fallen patriots and work harder to protect our nation."
