The signing ceremony was held on March 13 in the mayor's office at Yangju City Hall. Under the agreement, Yangju City will provide administrative support during the reconstruction process of disaster-damaged homes, while the Yangju Regional Architects Association will supply architectural experts to assist with housing restoration.
According to the agreement, Yangju City will inform residents about the support available for reductions in design and supervision fees when rebuilding disaster-damaged houses and will expedite the related administrative approval procedures.
The Yangju Regional Architects Association will form and manage a pool of participating architects and support partial reductions in design and supervision fees.
The city expects that this agreement will ease the burden on residents during the restoration of disaster-damaged homes, contribute to rapid housing stabilization, and aid the recovery of the local community.
