They conducted the unveiling ceremony of the center’s plaque and discussed strategies for the development and collaboration of local commercial districts.
Mayor Lee Sangil stated, “We will do our best to ensure that the Commercial District Revitalization Center serves as a key hub by communicating with various commercial areas throughout Yongin, providing customized consulting, analyzing local commercial districts, strengthening the capacity of small business owners through partnerships with universities, and promoting the designation and expansion of alley-type shopping streets to revitalize commercial districts. With the center opening in the full spirit of spring, I am confident it will grow even further, and the city will continue to offer strong support and encouragement for the revitalization of local commercial districts.”
