Koscom Commits to Nurturing 'AI Talent'... Unveils Training Roadmap
Koscom announced on March 16 that it has finalized its "2026 Training Plan" in order to respond to the rapidly changing technological environment and secure future growth engines, marking a full-scale commitment to talent development.
The core keywords of this year's training plan are: ▲strengthening capabilities to respond to artificial intelligence (AI), ▲enhancing performance generation by job class and position, and ▲boosting company-wide sales capabilities.
In particular, Koscom plans to significantly expand its "AI Literacy" training program for all employees to a total of 12 sessions in line with the era of generative AI. The company will also introduce mandatory "AX (AI Experience) Leadership" training for department and team managers, aiming to lead the digital transformation (DX) across the organization.
To support the continued growth of sales, Koscom will introduce a new six-week "Sales Academy" program for all sales staff, designed to maximize practical sales competencies.
Koscom will expand its internal instructor system to establish a knowledge-sharing ecosystem within the company. Through the "Re-Boosting Camp" for third-year assistant managers and onboarding training for new hires, the company will systematically support the adaptation and growth of junior talent. Additionally, Koscom will provide life-cycle education for employees in their 40s and 50s, as well as reskilling programs for those preparing for retirement, thereby creating a customized learning environment tailored to each stage of life.
