MatrixCloud, a cloud-based communication solutions company led by CEO Chiwoong Oh, has introduced two AI-powered phone consultation services: Matrix AiCall and Matrix Voice Agent.
These services are designed so that AI can communicate with customers using natural, human-like speech. Unlike conventional AI call bots with mechanical voices, they provide a phone consultation experience that closely resembles speaking with a real agent.
In particular, by combining the voice synthesis technology of ElevenLabs, a global AI voice technology company, with MatrixCloud's communication infrastructure, the services deliver even more natural-sounding voice interactions.
Matrix AiCall is a service that automates outbound calling tasks, allowing businesses to proactively contact customers with important information or notifications.
The AI places calls to customers in a natural voice to deliver or confirm necessary information, handling repetitive outbound call work on behalf of human agents. This reduces the burden on customer service staff and improves overall work efficiency for companies.
This service can be utilized for a variety of customer notification tasks, including payment due date reminders and insurance renewal notifications in finance and insurance, appointment confirmations and policy announcements in hospitals and public institutions, delivery notifications and customer satisfaction surveys in retail and commerce, as well as sales schedule and move-in guidance in real estate and construction.
Matrix Voice Agent is an inbound consultation service where AI is the first to respond when a customer calls. The service prioritizes handling simple inquiries such as business hours, location guidance, and appointment confirmations, while seamlessly transferring more complex consultations to a human agent.
Additionally, the service supports multilingual consultations in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and more, making it useful for serving foreign customers. This enables companies to offer 24-hour customer support while further reducing the workload on their consultation staff.
