Naver Pay (Npay) announced on March 13 that it has launched the “Regular Apartment Maintenance Fee Payment for My Home” service.
This service allows users to register their current residence with the “My Home” feature on the Npay Real Estate platform and pay their maintenance fees regularly using Npay Money or Points.
When users register their residence through the Npay My Home service, they can view the latest market price, actual transaction prices, property listings, and community notices for that property on Npay Real Estate. Users can access the service by searching for “My Home service” in the search bar at the top of the Finance tab in the Npay app, or by clicking “Register My Home” on the main page of Npay Real Estate via mobile.
After registering a property, users can review their residence on the “MY” tab of the Npay Real Estate home page. By clicking “Apply for Regular Maintenance Fee Payment” on this page, the monthly maintenance fee will be automatically paid using Npay Money or Points one day before the scheduled payment date each month. After the maintenance fee is paid, users receive a notification from the Naver app and can check their monthly maintenance fee details through the My Home service.
