The city aims to increase budget efficiency and provide customized education tailored to each generation through this integrated approach.
The participants were selected during the recruitment process in January and total 32 people: 14 in the field-oriented program and 18 in the Young Farmers Academy. The training focuses on equipment highly utilized in agricultural sites, and is divided into the following courses: excavators (over 3 tons and under 3 tons) for 18 people, forklifts (under 3 tons) for 4 people, and Type 1 drones for 10 people.
The training is conducted at designated local commissioned institutions, combining theory and practical exercises, and is organized with a focus on hands-on skills applicable in agricultural settings. In particular, the courses for excavators under 3 tons and forklifts allow participants to obtain licenses immediately upon completion, while the courses for excavators over 3 tons and Type 1 drones are intensive programs aimed at passing the national technical qualification exams.
