IBK Industrial Bank of Korea Launches Recruitment for Generative AI and Productive Finance Specialists
On March 5, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced that it will conduct its "2026 First Half Regular Rolling Recruitment" to secure talent with specialized expertise.
This round of recruitment aims to hire a total of five people across four areas: generative AI modeling and technology research, platform engineering, productive financial investment and lending, and overseas fund custody. Applicants must either possess a relevant academic degree in the field of recruitment or have related work experience.
Applications will be accepted through the recruitment website from March 4 to March 19. After document screening, practical exams, and interviews, final successful candidates will be announced in May. IBK Industrial Bank of Korea plans to actively consider hiring at the manager level by recognizing master's and doctoral degrees and work experience in accordance with relevant regulations.

An IBK Industrial Bank of Korea official stated, "We plan to continue recruiting talent in related fields to strengthen our role as a policy financial institution, including supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises through productive finance." Meanwhile, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea is currently conducting open recruitment for approximately 160 new employees and plans to hire youth interns at the end of April. The youth interns will gain on-site work experience at branches and participate in collaborative projects with innovative companies in the 'IBK Chang Gong' program.
