Samil PwC Recruits First Cohort for Industrial Intelligence CAXO Advanced Program
Joint Program with the Korea Industrial Intelligence Association
On March 5, Samil PwC announced that it will launch, in collaboration with the Korea Industrial Intelligence Association, the 'Chief AI Transformation Officer (CAXO) Advanced Program' and begin recruiting the first cohort of participants.
This program has been designed to support CEOs and C-level executives of mid-sized and small but strong enterprises in strengthening their AI decision-making capabilities, in response to the AI transformation (AX) era where artificial intelligence fundamentally reshapes business models and revenue structures. CAXO refers to a leadership role responsible for directing strategy implementation and technology development through AI within an organization.
The curriculum covers practical topics across all areas of AX management, including understanding the industrial AI transformation, establishing an AX master plan, AI ethics and governance and personal data protection, spreading AI organizational culture and internal capabilities, case studies on large language model (LLM)-based AI agents, physical AI and automation in manufacturing, local LLM applications, tax and M&A strategies in the age of AI, and site visits to leading AX companies. In addition, a 1:1 mentoring session with experts from Samil PwC and the Korea Industrial Intelligence Association will help each company develop and refine AX strategies tailored to their specific situations.
