Daishin Asset Trust Signs MOU for Jamsil Hanshin Core Urban Redevelopment Project
Daishin Asset Trust, an affiliate of Daishin Securities, announced on March 5 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Promotion Preparation Committee for the redevelopment project of Jamsil Hanshin Core, located in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

View original imageThrough this agreement, Daishin Asset Trust plans to provide its expertise throughout all stages of the redevelopment project, including the establishment of the maintenance plan, project management, and financing strategies.
Jamsil Hanshin Core is recognized as a prime location with excellent transportation accessibility, being adjacent to Jamsil Station, and is equipped with comprehensive educational and living infrastructure. In particular, as it is located in the core commercial district and residential belt of southeastern Seoul, the area is expected to see an increase in value through the city redevelopment project.
Seonggui Choi, Chairman of the Jamsil Hanshin Core Redevelopment Promotion Preparation Committee, stated, "Based on Daishin Asset Trust's extensive experience in maintenance projects and its stable financing capabilities, we expect the project to proceed more swiftly and securely."
