Tax AI Assistant "Biznep SeNa" Surpasses 1.8 Million Monthly Users
MAU More Than Tripled Compared to December 2025
Cumulative Users Reach 4 Million, Total Questions Surpass 1.6 Million
G Enterprise announced on March 5 that its tax-specialized artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, Biznep SeNa (SeNa), reached 1.8 million monthly active users (MAU) last month. This figure has more than tripled compared to 550,000 in December 2025.
Since the service launch, the cumulative number of users has surpassed 4 million, and the total number of questions has exceeded 1.6 million. The use of the service is rapidly expanding from simple information searches to actual inquiries, leading to the evaluation that tax AI consulting is becoming a routine service. In the past 30 days, the number of returning users has also roughly doubled compared to December 2025, indicating that an increasing number of users are repeatedly utilizing the service rather than just visiting once.
Biznep SeNa is a tax-specialized AI assistant that provides answers tailored to the user's situation based on the latest tax laws and case law data. It is designed to easily explain complex tax terminology and procedures, allowing users to receive immediate answers by entering questions in natural language. Users can quickly access key information relevant to their situation without having to compare multiple documents or interpret technical jargon, and, if needed, they can continue the conversation with follow-up questions for further context.

A representative from G Enterprise stated, "The 1.6 million accumulated questions show that users are choosing an interactive consulting approach by inputting their actual situations and confirming answers, rather than simply reading information," adding, "There is a growing trend of using tax services as an everyday tool that can be accessed as needed, rather than perceiving taxes as a difficult and complex area."
