View original imageThis program is intended for young people aged 19 to 39 who either moved their resident registration to Uijeongbu City on or after January 1, 2025, or completed a move-in report after relocating within the city. It provides reimbursement of brokerage fees and moving expenses incurred during the moving process at actual cost, helping young people establish a stable residential base.
The subsidy is up to 400,000 won per person (once in a lifetime). By category, brokerage fees are supported up to 300,000 won and moving expenses up to 400,000 won, based on the actual amount spent. However, courier fees, cleaning costs, transportation expenses, and similar items are excluded from support.
The application period runs from February 23 to March 31, and applications must be submitted online through the Jobaba Apply integrated application system. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. After submission, the city will check eligibility requirements and expense receipts, and will provide the subsidy if the applicant meets the criteria. The program may close early if the budget is exhausted.
For more details, applicants can check the announcement section on the city hall website or contact the Youth Policy Division.
