Bando Construction Holds Winter Workshop for Construction Staff and Executives
Bando Construction announced on February 13, 2026 that it held a winter workshop with the goal of achieving zero serious industrial accidents for the eighth consecutive year.
At the beginning of this year, Bando Construction declared its safety and health management policy under the slogan of "Establishing a safety and health culture through strengthened coexistence, communication, and cooperation," and has been working to achieve zero serious industrial accidents for eight consecutive years. This workshop was held to establish smooth communication and cooperative relationships among on-site workers and thereby continue to embed a safety and health culture at its sites.
This workshop, which was conducted for construction staff and executives, was held in a total of four sessions by job grade. It provided training on new construction technologies and outstanding cases identified at each site, leading to improvements in the job capabilities of on-site workers.
In addition, Bando Construction is carrying out cardiovascular disease prevention activities for workers at each site. The company is conducting intensive inspections for cardiovascular diseases, which are more likely to occur in cold winter weather, and is providing guidance on prevention and treatment activities for workers in whom potential risks are identified.
