Fire on 5th Floor of Haeundae Apartment... Two Siblings in Their 70s Killed
In the early morning of the 13th, a fire broke out at an apartment in Haeundae-gu, Busan, killing two siblings in their 70s.
According to the Haeundae Police Station, at around 3:43 a.m. that day, a fire of unknown cause occurred in a unit on the 5th floor of an apartment in U-dong, Haeundae-gu.
In the fire, a woman in her 70s and a man in his 70s who lived in the unit died, and six residents were treated after inhaling smoke. Around 100 residents were evacuated in an emergency, and the fire was extinguished at around 4:20 a.m.
