LS Mtron Opens "Global Tech Center" to Showcase Customer-Tailored Injection Solutions
Experience Space for Injection Plant Simulation
Support for Verifying "Ultra-Micro Physical Foam Molding" Technology
Launch of Online Reservation Website for Global Tech Center Visits
LS Mtron, LS Group's industrial machinery and advanced components specialist, announced on the 12th that it has opened its customer-tailored injection solution experience space, the "Global Tech Center."
The Global Tech Center is a comprehensive technology space designed so that customers operating injection plants can simulate their actual plant environment in advance and directly experience the entire injection molding process.
With support from professional engineers stationed at the center, customers can run simulations optimized for their own plant layouts and process flows. By verifying and optimizing injection molding machine models and peripheral equipment configurations in advance, they can reduce trial and error in the early stages of equipment introduction and seek to improve productivity.
In particular, the Global Tech Center enables customers to directly test and validate LS's proprietary eco-friendly lightweighting technology, "ultra-micro physical foam molding." This technology reduces product weight while maintaining the durability of plastic products. At the Global Tech Center, customers can produce prototypes and receive one-stop, detailed technical consulting for applying the technology to their own production lines.
LS Mtron has officially opened a reservation website for visits to the Global Tech Center to expand customer experience. Through the website, customers can book simulations and tests for their preferred dates and also request preliminary consultations on their areas of technological interest. With visit reservations and preliminary consultations now available, visits from both domestic and overseas customers are continuing one after another.
LS Mtron President Shin Jaeho said, "The Global Tech Center is more than just a machinery showroom; it is a space where customers can find the technical answers they need in advance for successful plant operation," adding, "We will continue to establish ourselves as a core partner in enhancing our customers' manufacturing competitiveness through LS Mtron's differentiated solutions."
