For discharged soldiers who have completed their mandatory military service, the upper age limit is extended by up to three years in consideration of their service period.

The district will provide all candidates who pass the document screening with basic start-up education, including commercial district analysis and marketing, as well as one-on-one customized consulting.
Those finally selected will receive support, within 50% of their own contribution, for up to 1 million won per month in rent and up to 1 million won in promotional expenses for one year from the date of the agreement. Prospective entrepreneurs can also receive up to 10 million won in remodeling costs.
Over the past eight years, 44 youth stores have received a total of approximately 600 million won through this project and have successfully launched businesses in various sectors such as restaurants and cafes, accessory shops, and side-dish stores. Rokeol Koneo, a bakery cafe opened in 2023, opened its second branch last year and has established itself as a successful example of youth entrepreneurship.
Young entrepreneurs who wish to participate can check the required documents in the notices section on the district office website (www.yangcheon.go.kr) and then apply by sending them to the person in charge via email (yes102@yangcheon.go.kr).
